VILLAGE OF SOUTH BEND
Trustees Meeting
March 3, 2004

The Village Board of Trustees met in regular session March 3, 2004 at 7:00 PM at the Village Hall. Board Members present were: James Cerveny, Connie Boldan-Cerveny, and Chairman Patrick Cunningham, absent was John Adsit and Dave Mahrt. 

The meeting notice was posted at Village Hall, Post Office, & Fuel Depot.

The minutes of the February meeting were read and approved, motion by J. Cerveny, 2nd by C. Cerveny, Vote all Aye.

Treasurer's report was read. Bills presented for the Road Fund $165.57 OPPD (Street Lights), $150.00 Gerald Snodgrass (snow removal Feb 7). Bills presented for the General Fund $23.23, OPPD (Town Hall Lights), $33.24 Plattsmouth Journal, $36.00 Postmaster (P.O. Box Fee), $40.00 Deb Cunningham (Administrative Fees), motion to pay the bills by C. Cerveny, 2nd by J. Cerveny, Vote all Aye. Building Permits: Mary Johnson with discussion on plans for Old Train Depot.

Planning Committee Report: Jack Hunnington will be resigning from all positions as of Jan. 1, 2005.

Inspections Conducted: Report read.

Correspondences: Auditor of Public Accounts reviewed the audit wavier request and approved. Cass County Homeland Security information on Grants. Survey from Nebraska Development Network. Next Regular Board Meeting Wednesday, April 7, 2004
