VILLAGE OF SOUTH BEND The Village of South Bend is now taking bids for Road Grading The Village of South Bend is now taking bids on Road Grading of the streets. For information please contact the Village Clerk at 402-944-2349, leave a message and your call will be returned in the evening. All bids will need to be sent to the Village Clerk by September 1, 2025 and will be opened and read at the September 3, 2025 regular Village Meeting, 7:00p.m. Once the bid has been accepted we would ask that the work be done by September 20th. This meeting is an OPEN meeting. All parties having business to bring before the board, which business requires action at this meeting, shall contact the Village Clerk at least 24 hours in advance of such meeting. An agenda for this meeting, kept continuously current, shall be available for public inspection by contacting the Village Clerk. Except for those items of an emergency nature, the agenda will not be enlarged later than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time for this meeting.
