NOTICE OF MEETING:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the regular meeting of the Board of
Trustees of the Village of South Bend, NE will be held at the first Wednesday of every month at 7:00 p.m. except for July it will be the 2nd Wednesday. PLACE: Village Hall, 303 Spruce Street. This meeting is an OPEN meeting. All parties having business to bring before the board, which business requires action at this meeting, shall contact the village Chairperson at least 24 hours in advance of such meeting. An agenda for this meeting, kept continuously current, shall be available for public inspection by contacting the Village Chairperson. Except for those items of an emergency nature, the agenda will not be enlarged later then 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time for this
meeting.

Notice of a Six Year Road and Street Plan
NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that a Six Year Road and Street Plan for the Village of South Bend, Nebraska as required by NEB.FEV.STAT.Sec. 39-2119 et seq. R.R.S. has been recommended for approval by the Chairman and Village Board of Trustees, and that a Public Hearing be held on said Six Year Road and Street Plan on the 9th day of January, 2013, beginning at 7:00 P.M., at the Village Hall at which time objection to or recommendations for said Plan will be heard.
